Hourly Rates & Disbursement Fees

Legal advice is available at $375/hour for many other matters that can affect the operation of Condominiums, including service contracts, mediation, arbitration, human right issues and privacy matters.

While hourly rates are available, flat fees can be negotiated for most projects. Due to the unpredictable nature of negotiations, hourly rates are required for representation at mediation and arbitration hearings.

This hourly rate only applies to time spent on legal research, document review and drafting, lawyer/client communications and negotiations. An hourly rate of $40/hour is applied for administrative tasks like document management, filings, routine emails and office tasks.

Disbursements - this office charges for courier and government fees, but it does not charge for photocopies, faxes or postage.
