Andrea deeply respects the entreprenurial spirit. She has successfully launched two of her own businesses and understands that you need timely, cost effective advice. She earned her MBA at Dalhousie University in 1999 and upgraded at Chicago Booth University in July 2018.
Andrea's expertise has been hard won by practicing corporate law for over 18 years gaining the organizational skills required to work with commercial lenders to close your transaction on time.
Andrea enjoys negotiating and finding creative solutions to save the deals worth saving. She also enjoys working with tax advisors to properly craft unique estate plans.
